Reshuffle

today i did not go to the company, and Yu too did not go to his company, i asked for leave just stay at home, he asked for leave to have an interview. so cool are we!
we both do not want to work in our company any more and look for something better, it seems a little unbelievable...use my boss 's words to me" now people can't find job, you consider it again..." but such young as us , of course we do not believe it, we hold that we can always find better one.

rethink the job market in shanghai, there is really such a bright road to us if we do the right choice.

none of the 1997 southeast financial crisis and todays' crisis threat china's finance field much(hurt are mainly happened in the export industry ).thats because the china's finance system is not perfect at all, our government know it can't resist other country 's finance attack, so our capital market is relatively conservative. but its won't last long, for 1. china is growing strong day by day, its finance system must be established well soon, and 2.the RMB is going strong, though Mr Obama said no to change the position of USD, but this cute guy can't do anything seeing the Dollar falling, in the future, sooner or later, RMB will become another strong currency after Japanese Yen and Euro. so we china have to set up a set of considerable regulations to protect our land's financial security. that need many many finance experts.

today , we who majored in finance are those who were beaten most heavy in the job market as the result of this financial crisis, but after 3 to 5 years , finance majors will be needed most.
where is the 3 or5 years gotten from?
because today finance students can't find job in the finance field so we have to get job in other fields,then when the economic recover， how many of us will back to the finance field?so there will be a gap. assume the china recover in the end of 2009 (at most at the EXPO 2010) then our financial departments will start to recruit people again, at that time they still can get enough people because 1 .some people back2. some new student(other people) step out of campus ,but how about after 4 years? they will find a huge decreasing finance students number .because in 2009 and 2010, less people who enter college will choose finance as their major, they will choose more skilled major.

thats called reshuffle.

i think its also an important project to keep our finance major students still stay in finance field ,
a scheme is really needed, anyway we are the future of china's finance industry.


in an unoveristy ,finance major score line is always one of the highest, we can check it in July if my prediction is right. if i am right the finance score line will decrease huge.
